These terms describe the use of Astrozomic consultations, reports, tools, and account services on the website and in our apps. Last updated October 19, 2026.
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are a plain-language overview and do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms cover astrozomic.com, the Astrozomic app and the Astrozomic Pro app for astrologers. You must be 18 or older to create an account. Astrozomic Pro is only for astrologers whose application we have approved. Use the platform lawfully, keep your account details accurate, and do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another person’s information.
Astrologers on Astrozomic are independent practitioners approved by our team. Each profile shows the astrologer’s per-minute rates for chat, voice and video. A chat request is free until the astrologer accepts it; billing then runs per minute from your wallet until either of you ends the consultation, and you receive a receipt afterwards. Features on the website that use artificial intelligence, such as AI astrologers, are clearly labelled.
You add funds to your wallet through Stripe’s secure checkout and spend them on consultations and services. Review the displayed price before you start a paid consultation or confirm a purchase. Wallet balances and every charge are shown in your account. A service or credit may not be available until the payment is confirmed. Refunds and cancellations are covered by the separate policies linked below.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not send messages or images that are harassing, hateful, sexual, threatening, fraudulent or illegal, or impersonate anyone. In a chat or on a profile you can report or block another user. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours and may remove content and suspend or close the accounts of people who break these rules.
Keep your password and sign-in codes private. Notify support if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law. You can delete your account at any time, as explained on the Delete your account page.
Astrology readings, articles, generated reports, and consultations are for personal reflection and general information. They are not a diagnosis, guarantee, or substitute for qualified medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Make important decisions using your own judgment and consult an appropriately qualified professional where needed.
If you download our apps from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is not responsible for the apps or their content. Google Play’s terms apply to apps downloaded from Google Play.
Features, astrologer availability, and displayed services may change. We may need to suspend or restrict access to maintain or protect the platform. We will provide information about material service changes through the website or account where appropriate, and update the date at the top of these terms.
