This policy explains what information Astrozomic collects on the website and in the Astrozomic and Astrozomic Pro apps, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have. Last updated October 23, 2026. For a privacy question, contact support@astrozomic.com.
Astrozomic runs astrozomic.com, the Astrozomic app for customers and the Astrozomic Pro app for approved astrologers. This policy covers all three. For any privacy question or request, email support@astrozomic.com.
The apps ask for the microphone for voice and video calls, the camera for video calls (and for astrologers’ profile photos), and the photo library only when you choose a photo. Calls are live and are not recorded. When live translation is turned on for a call, the speech is converted to text and translated in real time by our speech providers and is not stored. Where a voice call can’t connect over the internet in some countries, we may offer to connect it by phone; we only dial the phone number on your account when you ask us to.
We use your information to create and secure your account, connect you with astrologers and run consultations, bill per minute and keep your wallet and receipts, prepare charts and reports, send the notifications and emails you expect (such as sign-in codes, accepted requests and receipts), pay astrologers, answer support requests, review reports and prevent abuse or fraud, and keep the service working. We do not sell your personal information, we do not show ads, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Some features on astrozomic.com use artificial intelligence and are labelled as such, for example AI astrologers and AI-written report summaries. When you use them, the details needed for the answer (such as your question, name, birth details and gender) are sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, to write the reply. OpenAI processes this data on our behalf and does not use it to train its models. Consultations with astrologers in the Astrozomic apps are with real people.
We share information only with service providers that help us run Astrozomic, and only what each needs: hosting and file storage (our cloud hosting provider and Amazon Web Services), payments (Stripe), live calls (LiveKit), speech translation for calls, push notifications (Apple and Google Firebase), email delivery, Google sign-in, website analytics (Google Analytics, only with your consent), and AI features (OpenAI). Your astrologer sees your name, the birth details you share and your messages during a consultation. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect users and the service.
We keep your information while your account is open. When you delete your account we remove your profile, birth details, saved reports and the content of your messages. We keep payment, consultation and payout records for as long as accounting and tax laws require, linked only to an anonymous record. The Delete your account page explains exactly what is deleted and what is kept.
You can see and update your details in your account, turn notifications on or off, and delete your account at any time in the Astrozomic app (Profile → Delete account) or on the website. Astrologers can close their account through support. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by emailing support@astrozomic.com from your account email. We may need to confirm the request before acting on it. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, emailed sign-in codes and limited staff access to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so keep your password and sign-in codes private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Astrozomic is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it. Only add another person’s birth details if you have their permission.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app or by email when a change is significant.
